How do I access the App?
The user can access the APP using his credentials (email + password).
I don’t remember my password
Alternatively, he will have the option of logging in using a “Magic Code”/One Time Code or to update his password.
He will have to click on “Forgot password / Magic code” and request the option that he preferes.
The Magic Code is a one-time password that we will receive in his email.
I cannot access the App
If the visitor hasn’t completed the registration process, he will be unable to access the App, and a warning message will pop-up on his screen, asking him to finish the process.

How do I download the App?
Hostesses will have a QR code, redirecting users to the Stores, so that they can download the App.
Alternatively, they can search for ISE 2023 in the Stores.
My phone doesn’t have access to the Play Store (Only in some Chinese Phones)
The coordinator will have a special QR Code that will allow them to download the App. Attendees will have to scan the code, download the file, go to their phone files/downloads and install the App.
How to change Digital Voucher info
I want to change the information on my Digital Voucher
Ask the user to login in the registration platform (https://registration.firabarcelona.com/#/en_GB/E234024/WEB) using the same credentials as for the App.
On the top right corner, he has to select it and go to User Data. Ask him to fill in all the mandatory fields (including fiscal data) and save the changes. and save the changes.
Treasure hunt
What is the Treasure Hunt?
The Treasure Hunt is a gamified activity in which visitors can participate through the app. To complete the Treasure Hunt, participants need to scan various QR codes located throughout the venue. It is necessary to scan a minimum of 3 QR codes belonging to 20-year exhibitors and all QR codes from the featured locations. The locations of the different QR codes for the Treasure Hunt can be viewed on the app’s map.
All visitors who complete the Treasure Hunt will receive a guaranteed prize, which they can collect at the ISE Counter located next to the Drone Arena in Hall 6. Additionally, on Wednesday and Friday at 2:00 PM, a daily draw will take place (attendance is required in person to participate), where 3 prizes will be raffled:
- A Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 smartphone
- A Meta Quest 3 VR Headset
- A Lumens VC-B2U webcam
The draw will take place at the same location where prizes are collected (next to the Drone Arena, Hall 6).
How do I scan the Codes?
You must use the section “Scan Me” Treasure Hunt of the App to scan the QR Codes.
Who can participate in the Treasure Hunt?
Any visitor can participate as long as their pass type is not among the following:
- Exhibitor
- Fira Staff
- Organiser
- Staff
